"God is pro-war." - Jerry Falwell

Every time I think the religious right in America could not say anything to make me hate them any more they manage to surprise me.

Sojourners is a progressive Christian group whose message is quite simple: God is not a Republican or a Democrat (see the cartoon on the Sojourners site).

That, however, is not the view of the Reverends Falwell and Robertson:
